On April 2, Ninghai County held a conference on “Industrial Innovation” and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Ninghai County, conveying to the whole county the belief that no matter how difficult the situation is, we should give priority to the development of manufacturing industry; no matter how heavy the task is, we should concentrate on the manufacturing industry; and no matter how tough the day is, we should help the manufacturing industry with real money.
