MSE-Forks BV at the end of the year will finalize the acquisition of Franklin, NC based Reachable Solutions, LLC for an undisclosed amount.  The company will be renamed MSE-Forks, Inc. and the sales offices will remain in Franklin, NC and will lease a 4,500 sq. feet facility for storage and distribution in order to increase customer service within the market.  Mike Yacks, CEO of Reachable Solutions, LLC will be MSE-Forks, Inc. vice-president of sales and marketing and his wife Jodi will continue as office/administration manager.  Plans are in place to add additional sales personnel for the western states in the coming year. Yacks brings nearly 30 years of material handling experience to MSE-Forks after starting a career with BT Lift and 20 years with Atlet, Inc.  MSE-Forks BV is an approved factory supplier for most all major lift truck manufacturers including Toyota/Raymond/BT, Jungheinrich, Linde, Nissan, Stihl and more.
