Packaging Group's 30 Forklift Order
转载 2010-10-16 17:25 logisticsmanager Source：logisticsmanagerCarrylift has won a contract to supply a fleet of some 30 forklift trucks to Smurfit Kappa UK plants located in Barnstaple, Gosport, Northampton, Leeds, Peterborough, Stalybridge and Windrush.
Smurfit Kappa is a manufacturer of packaging and operates a recycling division.
The fleet consists of a mixture of new and used machines including Nissan DX LPG powered counterbalance trucks with lifting capacities ranging from 1.8 to 2.5 tonnes and Nissan TX electric, 3-wheel counterbalance trucks with lifting capacities from 1.5 to 2.0 tonnes.
Carrylift recommended the Nissan TRI-CAT system fitted as standard to Nissan LPG powered counterbalance trucks.
Some Nissan DX eco-friendly counterbalance trucks were also supplied and fitted with high comfort seats.
Carrylift also painted the fleet in Smurfit Kappa blue.
