The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design has awarded Hyster a design award for its H40-70A forklift series.
The Hyster forklift series was the only forklift named in the annual award
The annual Good Design awards honour the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, product and graphic designs produced around the world.
In its 2023 awards, the Hyster forklift series was a winner in the industrial category. It was the only forklift to win.
Hyster’s H40-70A models are available with 4,000 lb. (1.8 T) to 7,000 lb. (3.2 T) lift capacities and the company says they were designed with feedback from operators, managers, technicians and safety coordinators in mind.
“While every operation faces their own unique challenges, some are common across industries – strained forklift operators, safety concerns and rising operating costs,” says Hyster product manager Jimmy Anderson.
“Hyster is dedicated to designing solutions that address these widespread problems, while also helping operations tackle challenges specific to their business.”
