On June 30, 2023, Hangcha Australia Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Hangcha Group, wholly acquired Hangcha Equipment Pty Ltd, Hangcha distributor in Australia. This strategic acquisition is another important step for Hangcha Group to expand its global business.

This acquisition will further expand the influence of Hangcha Group in Australia, improve the overseas sales and service network, and increase the company's local market share and profitability. Hangcha Equipment Pty Ltd., has been conducting material handling equipment business in Australia for 8 years, and has accumulated much market experience and customer resources. They put service first and won the favor and trust of customers for the Hangcha brand. After the acquisition, Hangcha Group will make full use of the company's about 50 years of experience in the field of material handling equipment, take advantage of Hangcha Equipment Pty Ltd.'s years of deep cultivation in the Australian market, build a strong marketing and service network, and provide local users with high-quality industrial vehicle products.
