Autonomous mobile robots manufacturer OTTO Motors has launched a dealer certification program for more than 215 regional offices and 2,000 technicians throughout North America.

OTTO Motors director of global strategic alliances and partnerships John Stikes says: “We have hand-selected the top materials handling equipment organisations in the continent to locally deliver the technical support and maintenance needed to deploy, maintain and scale automation systems.”

Eastern Lift Truck Company, which provides end-to-end manufacturing automation and robotic solutions, materials handling equipment and installation technicians from its 20 locations in the United States is part of the OTTO Certified Dealer program.

ELT automation manager Jason Dodge says: "OTTO Motors offers user-friendly, cutting-edge solutions that allow us to minimise disruption at our customer's facilities while building that return on investment from day one."

Other companies participating in the certification program include Costa Rica-based Distribuidora LARCE and  MH Equipment, Papé Material Handling and Toyota Material Handling Systems in the US.
