Visibility equals safety at Durwen
转载 2021-08-10 17:27 Durwen Source:DurwenAt Durwen, the full-range supplier with more than 75 years of experience in material handling manufacturing, the fork positioner range type ZVW has been developed and replaces previous double-chrome axis fork positioners in consideration of improved visibility combined with durable components.
The ZVW type fork positioners are versatile high-quality products "Made in Germany" offering long durability and excellent visibility which show Durwen's long history with double-chrome axis units.
The double-chrome axis guidance with capsuled bearings is particularly clean and therefore ideal for application in sensitive areas such as the food industry, but also for usage in rougher (and less clean) environments such as the automotive and steel industry.
The ZVW units are suitable for heavy industrial multi-shift use with many working hours and cover capacities from 1,6 to./500 mm LC to 16 to. /1200 mm LC.
The above mentioned guidances enable the fork carriers to be positioned precisely and steadily, even for high outputs.
Fork positioning features a synchronization valve which supports fast and exact operation for optimisation of your workflow.
The ZVW range features a solid steel frame that is suitable for smaller carriages also, ensuring adjustability to all your different operations on-site.
As standard, the units are delivered with the possibility of using ISO forks as well as bolt-on forks so that you can flexibly select the best fork for your application.
You can select your ZVW fork positioner to be equipped with constant or integral sideshift. While constant sideshift moves the complete frame together with the forks and operates at every fork position, integral sideshift only shifts the fork carriers while the frame remains fixed. This means that in the centre position of the fork carriers maximum sideshift is available but in the end position there is no sideshift.
Of course, delivery without sideshift is also possible.
With regard to versatility, the ZVW range is also available integrated to your mast, in combination with telescopic forks and with rotation.
