For over 30 years, DSH has provided successful materials handling solutions for some of North America's most demanding applications. It has also been the exclusive US distributor of Hubtex industrial vehicles.
DSH owner and president Rob Alling has sold a 50% stake in his company to Hubtex, and will continue to oversee DSH business operations in the role of president.
In addition to industrial side loaders, forklifts and trucks, DSH provides intralogistics solutions including warehouse design and optimization and racking systems. It has a nationwide rapid-response network of service technicians supported by a USD2.5 million inventory of vehicle parts.
Financial details of the transaction were not revealed.
"Working together, DSH and Hubtex can further expand upon their excellent reputation for providing innovative and customised handling solutions engineered for the specific needs of the North American industries it serves," the two organisations say in a joint statement.
