In a year dominated by Brexit wrangling and high street tales of woe, the pallet truck specialists have gone fr-om strength to strength with turnover reaching unprecedented levels and stock holding increasing to £10 million.
“Activity this year has been robust and we have welcomed several new clients to Midland Pallet Trucks,” says managing director, Phil Chesworth. “The headlines have been dominated with lots of doom and gloom but we have certainly found the reality to be a little different with two of our key sectors, warehousing and manufacturing both doing well.
“We have enjoyed a very strong year and are looking forward to starting 2019 on an incredibly positive note having posted a record turnover this year. We’ll also be introducing new products throughout 2019 and look forward to growing our client base in addition to our product lines. We very much expect to go fr-om strength to strength and are very positive about what the next 12 months will bring.
The Kingswinford firm’s budget line of pallet trucks has proven particularly popular this year, giving great value for money and reliable performance for those with smaller budgets but still in need of safe, effective and durable materials handling solutions to safeguard workers in warehouses, storerooms, loading docks and other spaces.
