The new payment model for its Smartanalysis software will eliminate the burden of having to pay monthly invoices and offers savings when compared to the alternate pay-as-you-go method.
Descartes Smartanalysis is the industry’s leading digital and analogue tachograph analysis and reporting Software as a Service solution, for fleets and road transport operators of all sizes. The software is used by many of the UK’s leading road transport operators and thousands of smaller operators to safeguard compliance with drivers’ hours, working time legislation and tachograph regulations. The software eliminates the burden of managing and controlling the process for safeguarding compliance for fleet managers.
The new online pre-pay system has been introduced to provide maximum ease for existing and new customers. Customers can now choose to pre-pay, making a one off-payment with a credit card, for up to 50 drivers, for up to 5 years. This new way of paying lowers customers’ administration costs, makes it easier to acquire the services, and allows them to spend more time on their business.
Andrew Tavener, Head of Marketing, Descartes UK comments, “Our new Smartanalysis Pre-pay advances our original Smartanalysis software offering. Organisations now have greater choice and control over how they pay for the solution. By opting to use the online pre-payment, our customers will save time and money allowing them to focus on other areas of their businesses. We’re dedicated to providing accessible solutions that drive efficiencies and Smartanalysis Pre-pay is the latest example of our continued commitment to our customer’s ever-evolving requirements.”
