On December 11, 2012, Yantai Wanhua and Linde (China) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Yantai, Shandong. 
 
Yantai Wanhua is the only isocyanate ( MDI ) production enterprise in China, meanwhile is the largest Asia Pacific and third MDI production supplier, as a national key high-tech enterprise and the first batch of innovative enterprise, Wanhua has broken the monopoly situation that China MDI had been used by foreigners, which conducted the pride of Chinese nation industry. Wanhua's comprehensive industrial park has overall planning of the production value amounts to above billions, the world's most distinguishing feature and the competitive advantage in addition, is very strict in the materials handling equipment inspection.
 
According to the material handling’s features of Yantai Wanhua Industrial Park, Linde provided early in the design of tailored solutions and professional advice. Yantai Wanhua also visited Linde (China) headquarters in Xiamen factory, expressed approval for Linde efficient operation, lean production and professional services, eventually equipped with Linde's full range of forklift trucks, which includes the high-lever order picker, electric pallet truck, diesel and electric counterbalance truck.
