The workers in Anqing Liandong Engineering Trucks Attachments Co., Ltd. not only were celebrating the Mid-Autumn Day, but also kept working on the first production line. Recently, with the efforts of all the departments, Liandong Engineering Trucks Attachments Co., Ltd. successfully launched another new category of attachment—BL25G-B1 glass handler.
　　
This glass handler had the span ranging from 1900mm to 2610mm, and was at safety level III with net weight of 360kg and loading capacity of 2500kg, suitable for attaching on 3-4.5t forklifts. Integrating the functions of clamping and side shifting, this BL25G-B1 glass handler could handle and stack the glasses safety and effectively, which could be used by manufactures and dealers of glasses. Meanwhile, such glass handler was also devised with SYSB-00 bilateral hydraulic lock developed by Anqing Liandong so as to assure the stability of the pressure. At present, this series of glass handler had passed the tests for all the specifications and index, meeting the demands for design and usage. Anqing Liandong planned to firstly produce this series of attachments in small batches.
　　
While developing the new attachments, Anqing Liandong also manufactured the hydraulic elements with high additional values, including the valves and locks matched to the attachments. The company conducted optimization and perfection according to the feedbacks. Through developing and exploring the methods of manufacturing hydraulic elements used on the attachments, the company had accumulated more experiences to control the quality of the key processes such as the development, processing, test and trial, laying sound foundation for expanding the categories of hydraulic products in the factories in Anqing.
