Tim Waples, Doosan Industrial Vehicles’ UK director and general manager, reckons the investment will help boost Doosan’s profile, and enable Fork Truck Direct to expand its coverage throughout Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and London, and recruit additional sales and service personal.
Fork Truck Direct sells more than 100 new Doosan forklifts each year and with the investment aims to increase its sales, which currently stand at £3.5 million, by 30 to 35 per cent.
