On September 5, the first city of Linde Cup China Forklift Skill Competition - Changchun Qualifying Round was successfully held in Changchun FAW International Logistics Center. More than 20 teams participated in the competition including Jilin Forest Industry, FAW Import & Export and Changchun Cigarette Factory.

Mr. Li Song, Regional Director of Linde (China) made a speech to encourage the contestants. ”Linde Cup created a good communication platform to improve line worker’s skill.” says Ms. Han, Chairperson of Trade Union and Head of General Management Department in FAW International Logistics Center.

Mr. Chen, the 2007 Linde Cup champion from FAW International Logistics Center, demonstrated two programs including handling pallets through obstacles and handling billiards at certain height before the competition. “The exciting atmosphere reminds me of the 2007 Linde Cup scenario. “

”We are thankful to Linde (China), for providing such a good opportunity to so many forklift truck drivers, in particular, we are grateful to have women’s team this year so that we can compete with men at the same stage”, says Ms. Li, representative of women’s team from FAW Logistics.
