At least 120 cruise ships are expected to dock in the emirate this year, which will bolster the need for forklift operators, porters and tally clerks, ramp agents, warehouse operators and general helpers.
"Outsourced manpower is ideal for the staffing requirements of cruise ships because of the seasonal nature of the cruise industry. Moreover, outsourcing offers highly flexible solutions that cater to the whole gamut of manpower and staffing requirements within the growing cruise ship industry,” said Valerian D’Souza, general manager of logistics, Dulsco HR Solutions.
"Accordingly, Dulsco has been strengthening its portfolio of manpower services for the cruise industry in view of the increasing number of cruise ships visiting Dubai," he added.
