Seven Chinese Enterprises Enter 2007 World Construction Machinery Top 50

Comparing with the ranking of Chinese enterprises entering 2006 Construction Machinery World Top 50, each enterprise’s rankings are upgraded a lot. Xugong ranks to be No.14 relying on its annual sales revenue of 2.548 billion dollars, up 27 spots ; Shantui moves to No.28 from No.52, a rarely new blood in the list of World Constrution Machinery Top 50; and Sanyi Heavy Machinery moves to No.26 from No.48, up 22 spots. The three enterprises have the greatest upgrading margins in the ranking list. Moreover, several other enterprises such as Zoomlion also enter the list. It can be said that the most attractive point of this Top 50 List must be the performance of Chinese enterprises.
Besides, according to the statistics, these seven companies realized sales amount of 7.9 billion dollars in 2006, up to about 6.5% of the total sales amount of all the 50 enterprises. However, the seven companies’ sales amount in 2005 was just 2.7 billion dollars, 2.7% of the 50 enterprises. This has fully shown the rapid development of construction machinery market in China.
