On Feb. 18 afternoon, accompanied by some Anhui provincial governmental leaders and Heli company leaders, the vice-minister of Scientific and Technological Department, Mr. Shang Yong inspected Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. During the inspection, Mr. Shang carefully asked about professional questions such as the choice of engines, the charging of the batteries and its working time. He greatly encouraged the self-innovation and science development of the company so as to reduce its distance with the world top 10 forklift manufacturers.

In 2007, the total revenue of Heli came to RMB8.1 billion Yuan. It produced and sold about 38000 forklifts, of which, 8852 units were for export (55% for Europe, 30% for America), earning foreign exchange of USD 144 million. It took a market share of 31% in Chinese domestic market.
