Guilin, Guangxi, China- On Jan. 9, 2008, Yuchai welcomed some special visitors, general manager and CEO of Japanese Yanmar Group Energy System Operating Unit, Chief of Small Size Engine Unit of Yanmar Engine(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd., and general manager of China Trysun International Co., Ltd.

Accompanied by the deputy general manager of Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Chen Chunqiang, the visitors visited the No.2 Engine Factory, Heavy Machine Processing Workshop, 4F Workshop, and Heavy Machine Assembly and Trial Workshop.

After the visit, Mr. Yan Ping, Liang Heping, Chen Chunqiang and other Yuchai leaders had a business talk with the visitors. President Yan Ping said, Yanmar Company is very powerful in the research and production of small size single cylinder diesel engines; the Yanmar excavators are famous and respectable for its innovative design and advanced technology. Yuchai hopes to strengthen cooperation with Yanmar Company on the research, development and production of diesel engines and engineering machinery, so as to add up the advantages and achieve the mutual benefits.
