Zdenek Kaiser Recognized for Role in Foreign Investment Development of Czech Republic

The award was presented during the Investor of the Year 2006 competition held under the auspices of the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade and organized by Czechinvest and the Association for Foreign Investment.
Kaiser, who is located at the R&D Center in Prague, has been involved with Ingersoll Rand's investments in the country for 15 years. During his career he has worked on a variety of Ingersoll Rand business investments in the Czech Republic, including Thermo King's purchase of a production plant focused on transport refrigeration and bus air conditioning equipment in Kolin; former Ingersoll Rand business Torrington's production plant in Olomouc; Industrial Technologies' plant in Unicov; former Ingersoll Rand business Bobcat's production plant and Engineering Center in Dobris, and the new R&D Center in Prague.
According to Kaiser, these facts show that the Czech Republic has become an attractive location for technologically demanding projects that require reliable, top-level specialists
