New Linde ACtive ‘G’ range

Linde has launched a dual-purpose reach truck for operation in both internal and external applications.

The 'G' range is the latest addition to the highly successful ACtive range, with residual capacities of 1.4, 1.6 and 2.0 tonnes, and is fitted with a unique drive unit suspension and large tyres enabling it to operate effectively outside on uneven surfaces - loading and unloading road vehicles for example; as well as storing and retrieving loads in narrow aisle warehouses.

Although the concept of 'tough terrain' reach trucks is not new, Linde claims that the suspension unit has added a new dimension in operator comfort, stability and operational durability by isolating vibrations during sustained high speed operation. The load transfer is smooth reducing the vibration impact and therefore whole body vibrations. The cushion rubber drive wheel not only offers effective operation on uneven surfaces, but the durability and longevity of the tyre reduce operating costs.

Linde twin accelerator pedals provide effortless forward and reverse selection and with the powerful output of the AC motor the ACtive range can deliver rapid acceleration and a top speed of 12.5 km/h, all of which are adjustable to suit customers' requirements.

The Linde ergonomic design concept includes a spacious cab, comfort-class seat with lumbar support and fly by wire fingertip control of all hydraulic movements.

The uptime schedule of 1000 hours between services gives the user maximum uptime and lower operating costs.
