German competition authority bans Kalmar's acquisition of CVS Ferrari
转载 2007-08-31 00:00 Kalmar Source:KalmarToday, Kalmar was notified that the German competition authority (Kartelamt) has banned Kalmar's acquisition of Italian CVS Ferrari on the basis of it being anticompetitive. Kalmar is examining the decision and its fundaments.
Kalmar announced the plan to acquire CVS Ferrari on December 29, 2006 with the deal being subject to competition authority approval.

Every fourth container or trailer transfer at terminals around the world is handled by a Kalmar machine.
