In line with the brand strategy to extend the UTILEV product offering, in order to meet the varied requirements of lighter duty applications across a wide range of industries, we are pleased to announce the introduction and immediate availability of the new UT13-20PTE range of
3-wheel AC Electric Forklift Trucks.
As with the existing IC product range, the new UTILEV UT13-20PTE Series has been designed to be easy to operate and maintain and is backed up by a standard warranty and comprehensive parts availability, ideal for customers and applications, where the truck is required to operate for limited periods in the working week.
The range is available in five different capacities and each model features 48V AC technology, with twin brushless 4.6kW drive motors and an 8.6kW hoist motor, delivering excellent performance.
Simple to Use
Both drive and hoist systems are fully adjustable to suit the load, the working area and the operator - more than 30 performance parameters can be adjusted to suit the type of load, operating environment and skill of the driver.
The ergonomically designed operator compartment, with a familiar automotive layout, means that drivers will be able to work comfortably, preventing tiredness during handling operations – features include a low step height, an available full suspension seat, automotive style controls, comprehensive dash display, a small diameter tilt-adjustable steering wheel and seat-side hydraulic controls.
A range of standard features and options helps to ensure that the truck is configured to the needs of the application.
Easy to Maintain
Thanks to the simplicity of the components and specification, plus the in-built diagnostics system - which records intermittent faults and service requirements and is accessed via the dash display, servicing can be carried out quickly and easily, even when PCs, laptops or other diagnostic tools are not available, helping to maximise truck uptime.
Affordable to Own
The use of proven, high quality, robust components, AC Technology, oil-immersed brakes and efficient hydraulics result in reliable operation and lower wear and tear. This - together with the fast availability of cost-effective replacement parts - helps to reduce service and maintenance requirements and costs. All trucks feature a standard warranty of 12 Months / 2000 Hours.
