There’s good news for users looking for an affordable answer to simple, everyday materials handling needs, but who want a supplier they can trust and the support of a reputable service organisation.

NACCO Materials Handling Group is pleased to announce the introduction of the new UTILEV® range of forklift trucks, which provides an attractive option for users across many industries, who require materials handling equipment but don’t need advanced functionality or attachments.

These IC-powered counterbalance lift trucks offer a no-nonsense, uncomplicated approach to materials handling, providing affordable, reliable and cost-effective solutions in applications, where materials handling equipment is required to work intermittently during the working week. The range consists of 1.5 to 3.5 tonne forklift trucks and is available in six different capacities with either diesel, LPG or dual-fuel power.
What differentiates UTILEV products from similar offerings available on the market today is that these trucks are backed up by a network of specially chosen, experienced, independent distributors, who offer a wide range of support services to their customers.

UTILEV products will now be available from a network of dealers across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), who have been selected by NACCO Materials Handling Group because of the quality of their established service operations and capabilities and because these companies have consistently exhibited an expert understanding of the requirements of a vast array of materials handling applications. Further information regarding which dealer has been selected in each territory can be found in the Dealer Locations section of the UTILEV EMEA Website.

With a keen appreciation of the varying needs of the customer, the authorised dealers for UTILEV trucks are able to offer peace of mind, delivering fast support whenever it is required – support such as application surveys, rapid response to maintenance requirements and comprehensive parts availability are all key to keeping materials handling operations on track and within budget.

Offering a solution, which will reliably meet productivity targets, while keeping operating costs low, the UTILEV range has been designed to be easy to operate and maintain, delivering “Utility you can trust”.

Simple to Use
The ergonomically designed operator compartment, with a familiar automotive layout means that drivers will be able to work comfortably, preventing tiredness during materials handling operations. A range of standard features and options help to ensure that the truck is configured to the needs of the application.

Easy to Maintain
Thanks to the simplicity of the components and specification, servicing can be carried out quickly and easily, even when PCs, laptops or diagnostic tools are not available.

Affordable to Own
The use of proven, high quality components - as well as efficient filtration and excellent cooling - results in the reliable operation of the trucks and lower wear and tear. This - together with a standard warranty and the fast availability of cost-effective replacement parts - helps to reduce service and maintenance requirements and costs.
