Lu Daming, the Director General of CITA gave a speech at first. He summarized the general work of CITA in 2012, and made a detailed report which mainly included the following ten themes such as collecting the statistics data information of the forklift industry, holding of the Fifth Session of the Standing Council Meeting of the Fifth Council, holding of communication meeting on exhibitions related to forklift industry, conducting supervision of forklift rent market in China, actively pushing forward the industrial training, finishing the preparation of compiling Development History of Industrial Vehicle Industry in China, enhancing industrial management, doing more for the enterprises and propaganda of CITA. Moreover, Lu Daming also reported the financial situation of CITA from September, 2011 to September, 2012.

As the joint holder of the meeting, the Deputy Country Chief of Jingxian People’s Government Zhou Da attended the meeting and delivered the speech. “In recent years, with the leadership of Hengshui Municipal Party Committee and Government, Jingxian County persisted in practicing the core strategy of developing the county by industry under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, paying more attention on the industrial development, investing more on industrial projects, powerfully pushing forward the rapid development of industrial economy. Jingxian County has been praised by the related industrial associations as the “Rubber & Plastic Pipe Base in China” and “Fork Production Base in China”, with the comprehensive strength staying to the front ranks in Hengshui,” he said. Deputy Country Chief Zhou introduced Jingxian County in details concentrating on the issues including the development history, geographic position, scenic spots and historical sites, historical figures and natural environment.
