On October 18, 2012, Industrial Truck Institution of China Construction Machinery Association (CITA for short) held the Fourth Session of Member Meeting of the Fifth Council, also the 2012 Annual Meeting, jointly by People’s Government of Jingxian County, Hebei Province, Cascade (Hebei) Fork Co., Ltd. and Bolzoni-Huaxin (Hebei) Fork Co., Ltd. in the meeting room of Regal Kangbo Hotel in Dezhou, Shandong Province.
