On December 1, 2011, Doosan Infracore held a grand ceremony to celebrate the establishment of the Doosan Infracore Forklift (Yantai) Co., Ltd. in the forklift production factory. The General Manager, the President of Labor Union from Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. Gao Mingcai, the superiors from major forklift companies and the working staff in Doosan Forklift (Yantai) attended the ceremony, witnessing the grandeur moment of the establishment of the new forklift company. 

Since 1994 when Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd. was established, the company specialized in producing two types of construction machinery products, which were excavators and forklifts. In order to make the Doosan production more specialized and centralized, Doosan Infracore determined to make the forklift department independent by establishing Doosan Infracore Forklift (Yantai) Co., Ltd. It had been 13 years since the first set of forklift rolled off the production line in Yantai factory in 1998. After these years’ development, Doosan forklift had been well received by the customers on Chinese market, which had been exported to more than 100 countries and districts, greatly enhancing and expanding the influential forces of Doosan as an international forklift brand.
　　
With the fast development of domestic forklift market, Doosan forklifts grew at a rapid rate. The current scale was not large enough to meet the demands of the customers, which was also the main reason to estalish Doosan Infracore Forklift (Yantai) Co., Ltd. This new forklift company, aiming at meeting the market demands, would continuously improve the productivity and competitive force in the specialized forklift field, so as to provide more excellent products and timely service for the customers in China and also in the world.
