Sino-American Zhejiang Maximal Forklift Co., Ltd. will attend at CeMAT 2011, which will be grandly held in Hannover, Germany from May 2 to 6. For the second time to be addressing at this exhibition, Maximal is planning to expand the categories of products to be exhibited.

Laying great importance to CeMAT 2011, Maximal invited the professional company famous in local Germany to help design and deploy the exhibition stand, pursuing perfectness on the selection and placement of the exhibiting forklifts as well as the lighting effects. The Vice General Manager, business representatives and engineers, totally seven people from Maximal will be assigned to Germany to attend the exhibition with the main task to promote the products and show the strength of the company. Meanwhile, Maximal hopes to know more details on forklift design of other giant manufactures and the tendency of market development in the world so as to catch up with the flow of the whole industry to make continuous improvement to the products as well as the manufacturing technology.

With the total floor area of 198 square meters, the exhibition stand of Maximal is designed to be a two-storey building. The first floor is to exhibit forklifts and a large LCD display will be equipped to introduce the profile of Maximal; and the second floor is the meeting room for receiving the dealers and customers. Maximal will exhibit 9 forklifts this time, including 6 sets of diesel forklifts, 1 set of gasoline forklift and 2 sets of battery forklifts with capacity ranging form 1.6 ton to 16 ton. From the completeness of types to the number of forklifts and to the exhibiting area, Maximal is among the large-scaled exhibitors at CeMAT 2011. It is noticeable that the 16-ton internal combustion forklift showing at the exhibition will create a new record in terms of forklift tonnage among all the Chinese forklift companies attending the exhibition.

It was retrieved to 2009 when Maximal began to design this series of 16 ton diesel forklift, and after it passed the trial test at the end of 2009, Maximal promoted it onto the market in 2010. The forklift is equipped with Cummins QSB6.7 engine, German ZF transmission and Kessler driving axle as its power train system. The hydraulic system comprises of American Parker branded hydraulic pump and multiple control valve while MICO wet-disc brake is used for the braking system. The components for these three main systems on the forklift are imported from overseas famous companies, fully assuring the quality and stability of the equipment. Moreover, the engine hood and cab of the forklift is designed to be lateral tilted, making the repair and maintenance easier and faster. The cab, broad with excellent visibility, is equipped with adjustable floating seat, safety belts, adjustable steering wheel and maneuverable handler controlled by the multiple valves, together upgrading the comfort of the operators during the material handling shift. The forklift installs steady and durable two-stage masts with wide visibility, long fork with the reach of 2440mm and large cushion tires. Additionally, the air conditioners in the cab and higher mast are optional according to the requirements of the customer.

To conclude, the new product from Maximal is of strong competitive force based on these advantages. In 2010, once the forklifts were sold onto the market abroad and at home, Maximal had received positive feedback from the users. Relying on the opportunity offered by CeMAT 2011, Maximal is expected to further enlarge the sales scope, enabling more dealers and customers to know about the new products.
