On October 22nd, 2010, Toyota continued Z Series IC Forklift Exhibition Tour in China and held the launch conference simultaneously on the same day in such three cities as Tianjin, Harbin and Hefei, which respectively represented the center metropolis in the northeast and eastern part of China. As the sixth, seventh and eighth stops of the tour, the different cities offered diversified atmospheres for the launch conference, while the customers in the three cities were all deeply impressed by Toyota Z series IC forklifts. Below were the reports in details.

•Tianjin Stop

On October 22nd, Toyota Z series IC forklift exhibition tour came to Tianjin, and the launch conference of the new products was grandly held in Tianbao International Hotel located in Tianjin Free Trade Zone. Tianjing Xintongda International Trade Co., Ltd. as the distributor of Toyota forklifts in Tianjin area was responsible to organize the conference. A hundred of guests took part in the event to together witness the launch of Toyota Z series IC forklifts. The guests included the superiors and managers from Tianjin Xintongda and Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (TMHS) as well as the professionals from the field of forklift industry and users.

On the conference, Zhang Jinyu, the Vice General Manager of Tianjin Xintongda, firstly made the opening speech and showed his great appreciation for the arrival of all the guests. Then the technical staff introduced the features and advantages of the newly-launched Z IC forklifts to the customers.

The launch conference was held with the powerful support of Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch. The Vice General Manager Morishita attended the conference and gave an address, saying that he was extremely confident on the future of Z series IC forklifts. During the period of outdoor demonstration of the new forklifts, the operator drove the Z series IC forklifts on the spot to show the quality of Toyota forklift in terms of safety, high productivity and comfort in a way closer to all the guests.

The launch conference perfectly ended in the banquet thereafter. 

•Heilongjiang Stop

On October 22nd, Toyota Z series IC forklift exhibition tour came to Harbin and the launch conference of the new products were successfully held in Best Western Fuzhou Fortune Hotel in Harbin city. The launch conference was organized by the distributors of Toyota forklifts in Harbin, and also gained the powerful support of the managers of Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

General Manager Toyobe from After Sales Service Department of Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. made a speech on the conference, affirming the efforts and contribution of the sales and service companies in Heilongjiang Province. It was noticeable that there were considerable incoming orders sooner after Z series IC forklift entered the market of Harbin City. General Manager Toyobe congratulated to such good news and expressed his hope on the future development of the products.

After General Manager Toyobe's address, Yin Jie from the Planning Department of Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) introduced Z series IC forklifts to the guests. Jia Donghai, General Manager of Toyota Forklift Sales & Service Company Harbin Branch, led the guests outside to conduct forklift operation on the spot. Most of the customers took part in the experiencing activity of driving Z series forklifts, and some customers from Europe and America expressed their strong interest in the new forklifts. The trial driving led to the climax of the conference, after which the forklifts were well received and highly praised by the customers.

The introduction and exhibition of Z series IC forklifts ended successfully, which not only established a closer relationship between the customers, but also improved the popularity and enhanced the influence of Toyota forklifts in Heilongjiang Province.

•Hefei Stop

Toyota continued Z Series IC Forklift Exhibition Tour in Hefei City, Anhui Province on October 22nd and started the sales of Toyota Z series forklifts in Anhui. The new product launch conference of Toyota Z series was held in Hongxiang Hotel, comprising of several activities such as the awarding of Toyota Forklift Golden Customer, starting ceremony of sales of Z series IC forklifts and introduction of the new products' performance and specifications.

The customers on the spot were invited to take part in the introduction of the new forklifts. The organizer separated the introduction into four parts according to the main features of the forklifts, and key customers were invited to read out the introduction speech for different parts, which not only represented the communication and interactions between the organizer and the customers, but also enabled the customers to know better about the information of the forklifts.

During the demonstration period, the organizer held some fun games for Z series forklifts, order and delivery ceremony for Z series forklifts, customers' driving experience and awarding ceremony. Three teams of forklift operators from different customer companies drove the Z series forklifts to conduct the fun games, which drove the whole activity to a climax with the cheering up of the guests while attracting a lot of visitors as well. After the exciting games, several customers kept enthusiastic to drive the Z series forklifts to closely feel the maneuverability and ergonomics of the equipment. Besides, there were also interactive quiz with gifts about the new products, which made the conference more interesting. The various activities enabled the customers to fully take part in and experience the outstanding performance of Z series forklifts by themselves, leaving them deeper impression of the products.

General Manager Ueda from Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (TMHS) led the team to attend the conference and the Director of Planning Department from TMHS was in charge of the elaboration of the detailed information about the forklifts. As soon as the launch conference was held, a number of enterprises showed their great interests in Toyota Z series forklifts.

Since the company acquired Sweden forklift manufacture BT in 2001, Toyota have been ranked the world's No. 1 forklift manufacturer in terms of forklift sales for successive nine years.  As another range of new products, Z series forklifts are the first product in the world designed and manufactured especially according to the specific conditions in one country, which was a sign that Toyota regarded highly of the logistics market in China.

The core parts of Toyota Z series IC forklifts, such as the engine, transmission, control valve and hydraulic parts are all directly from Japan, which not only realize the standardized configuration of the forklift, but also ensure that the newly launched forklifts would never fall behind the well-received Toyota 8 series in terms of product quality and operation safety.

It is informed that Z series IC forklifts have been popular with continuous inquiry telephone calls from all around China. Based on Z series IC forklifts, Toyota is on the way to practically implement their promise of serving more closely to more Chinese customers.

Since the official launch onto the market on July 9th, Toyota confidently brought their new product to begin their tour in China for more forklift users.
