From May 26^th to 30^th, Quality Service Team of Jianghuai Heavy-Duty arrived in Hebei, providing an all-round service for the customers and dealers in Xingtai and Baoding.

The Team visited several end users. They went to the plate market in Xingtai East Development Zone, where Jianghuai Heavy-Duty Company occupied 60% market share. There was a special customer who used JAC forklift since he established the company 4 years ago. The forklift has been working for the company relying on the quality and careful maintenance of local service station. Now there are 6 JAC forklifts served the company. The Director told the Team member that they hoped JAC could go faster.

In Baoding, aiming at some problems during use, the Quality Service Team conducted on-spot guide and free maintenance on the vehicles. The customers said that they had no chance to communicate with the manufacturer after Three Guarantee Period when using other products. Through this activity, they found that Jianghuai Heavy-Duty Company paid more attention on end user market, thus they will concern more about JAC products.

In addition, the customers also put forward some improvement suggestions on JAC forklifts to the Team.

The Quality Service Team showed their appreciation to the suggestions and promised to feed back and improve timely after going back, manufacturing more satisfied products for the customers.
