Mr Högberg, who has served as TMHE President since 2006, replaces Per Zaunders, who will retire as Chairman on 31 March 2008. Mr Dahllöf has served as TMHE Vice President Business Planning since 2006.

 

Christer Högberg joined the TMHE management team from the BT organisation, having served as President of Business Region BT Scandinavia from 1990-1997 and President of BT Europe from 1997-2006. He was born in 1947 and received an MBA from Uppsala University (Sweden) in 1971. 

 

Håkan Dahllöf was born in 1959 and received an MBA from Linköping University (Sweden) in 1990. He joined the BT organisation in 1990. In 2002, Mr Dahllöf became Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BT Industries Group. In 2005 he was appointed Deputy CFO of Toyota Material Handling Group (TMHG).

 

In his current role as TMHE Vice President Business Planning, Mr Dahllöf managed the project of integrating the Toyota and BT materials handling business in Europe. In line with its focus on continuous improvement, TMHE has been reviewing European market needs in detail in order to find the best distribution structure for enhancing customer service and efficiency. Toyota and BT sales and service operations have been merged in a number of countries where it was decided that this would provide even better service and support to customers.

Christer Högberg has been appointed Chairman, Toyota Material Handling Europe, effective 1 April 2008. Currently, he is TMHE President, a position he has held since 2006. As Chairman, Mr Högberg will replace Per Zaunders, who is retiring.

 

Mr Högberg joined the BT organisation in 1990 as President of Business Region BT Scandinavia. In 1997 he became President of BT Europe, a position he held for nine years before becoming President

of Toyota Material Handling Europe in 2006.

 

Mr Högberg was born in 1947 and received an MBA from Uppsala University (Sweden) in 1971. He began his career at Bahco Ventilation AB, and later moved to ABB Fläkt. In these companies he served as President of several different business units.

Mr Dahllöf joined the BT organisation in 1990 and has had roles as business controller, market controller, Corporate IS/IT Manager (CIO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). After being appointed Deputy CFO of Toyota Material Handling Group (TMHG) in 2005, Mr Dahllöf was appointed TMHE Vice President Business Planning in 2006, where he managed the project of integrating the Toyota and BT materials handling business in Europe.
