Premium supplier of Hoftracs, wheelloaders and telescopic loaders to have established a France-wide distributor network by 2008

Hoftrac specialist presents its new models and range of attachments at the second ever Innov-Agri Grand Sud-Ouest

Toulouse / Diemelsee-Flechtorf. On 5 and 6 September 2007, Weidemann will be demonstrating the wide range of agricultural uses of Hoftracs, wheelloaders and telescopic loaders, at the Innov-Agri agricultural show in Toulouse. At the event – which this year is being held for the second time ever – more than 22,000 professional visitors are expected to attend, of whom more than half are likely to be from livestock operations. Weidemann will be presenting its machinery range at a stand covering 1,000 square metres, and in a demonstration area located immediately behind this. The German premier supplier of special agricultural loaders and Hoftracs is linking its appearance at the show with a brand new start on the French market. The traditional company has been working hard with selected partners on establishing a new, country-wide distributor network, which is to be completed by 2008. Weidemann employees are already in place on-site to ensure optimum support for dealers and farmers.

The highlight of the company’s exhibits at the Innov-Agri show will be the new four-cylinder 12-series CX Hoftracs. But Weidemann is also exhibiting a range of wheelloader and telescopic loader models, as well as a wide range of attachments. “Our flexible machines have been specially conceived for use in farmyards with unfavourable building dimensions. We have specially constructed models with particularly narrow or low designs, but which nonetheless offer farmers enormous lifting forces for all their loading and yard work,” explains Bernd Apfelbeck, Managing Director of Weidemann GmbH, to representatives of the media. “For farms where conditions are more favourable, we also offer heavier models with larger lifting capacities and greater lift heights,” adds Apfelbeck.

Apfelbeck cites as an example the T5625 CX telescopic loader. Despite a machine height of less than two metres and a total width of 1.80 metres, it delivers a loading height of 5.4 metres. The Weidemann range includes ten wheelloader models with telescopic arms, with maximum lifting forces of between 3990 and 6892 daN, and maximum lift heights of between 4.27 and 5.40 metres. The ten loaders in the wheelloader range boast engine output ratings of between 35.7 and 74.5 kW, and offer correspondingly high maximum lifting forces of between 3706 and 5954 daN. And as for the particularly flexible Hoftracs, there are thirteen different models available, with lifting forces of between 1884 and 3229 daN.
