A tour lecture on moral models at the grass-roots unit level in Ningbo was held in our company’s conference room in the second office building on the 30th of July，in order to create a strong atmosphere of emphasizing morality, being a good person, setting up new ethos and to improve Ruyi staff’s ideological and moral cultivation and the quality of civilization. The meeting was hosted by Xu Zheng, chairman of labor union, with all the management staff attending.

For this presentation meeting, our company particularly invited Jia Xiaorui, acting as his dual roal of both being a warm-hearted public welfare model and a retired teacher in vocational school of Grain Bureau at the County-level, Zhang Caigui, an enthusiastic woman who is a Party member of Huating Community Party Branch, Pan Yonghua who is the boss of Billions Socks Line and a blood donation star. They shared their exemplary deeds with everyone respectively, and the lively and touching stories and the heroic deeds brought round after round of applause.

This moral lecture, fuctioned as a platform for the Ruyi staff to communicate and study, plays a significant role in improving staff quality as well as in popularizing traditional culture. As a result, the company creates a new atmosphere featuring civilization and harmony in a constant manner.
