Camoplast Solideal, through its U.S. subsidiary Solideal USA Inc., acquired the assets of Forklift Tires of Florida, based in Jacksonville, Fla.

Camoplast Solideal said the acquisition would strengthen its position in the state.

Forklift Tires’ services include tire repair and replacement, onsite and road service, fleet checks and replacement tires, offering poly tires, OTR products, forklift tires, and load wheels. It is also the exclusive northeast Florida dealer of Amerityre products.
