RDS will be exhibiting its range of on-board weighing scales that now includes its new Weighlog A10, which has been specifically designed for agricultural loaders.

The system has a 4.3in colour touch-screen and can be used for trailer and hopper loading, batch blending or simply checking weight.

According to the Gloucestershire-based company, the Weighlog can be retro-fitted onto most telehandlers and tractor-loaders, and is suitable for use with up to 10 different attachments.

It works by measuring hydraulic pressure, using up to four sensors at certain points on the lifting cycle to calculate pressure changes in the system.

There is data storage via an SD card reading and USB point to ensure accurate record keeping and traceability.

Also new from RDS is the combine moisture meter 100. Using the same moisture sensor technology as the company's Ceres yield monitor, the sensor allows farmers to keep a close eye on crop conditions.
