Anhui Fuyang Xinghua Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992. It mainly produces diesel counter balanced forklifts branded ANCHA. 

Relying on sound technical force, quality processing equipment, complete testing measures and advanced production technique, Xinghua mainly manufactures AC-series forklifts, ZL-series loaders and WY-series hydraulic excavators. The company annually produces more than 3000 sets of construction machinery with output value of RMB 58 million Yuan. All the products are of high quality and gain six national patents.

Xinghua owned completed product quality guarantee system. Establishing 3–tier quality inspection structure comprising of tests for in-factory raw materials, product processing and finished products, the company appoint professional quality inspectors to make sure the quality indexes of products supplying the market higher than national standards.

In Aug. 2003, Xinghua was authenticated by ISO 9001:2000 Quality System and in 2007, the company was honored Anhui Quality Management Prize. Meanwhile, loaders in FUGONG brand and forklifts in ANCHA brand were recommended to be the key developed brand-famous products in Anhui Province in 2008.
