Founded on July 30th 2003, SANY Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of excavating machines, new materials and plastic machines. It is established through a series of restructuring initiatives, during which SANY New Material Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of SANY Holding Ltd., purchased SANY Heavy Machinery's excavating machine branch and its related assets and SANY Automobile Plastic Machine.
