2006:  Logitrans took over Logitrans Germany and the American dealer, Interthor

2005:  In 2005 Logitrans introduced a new and more modern logo

2002:  Nisap and Logitrans merged to one company - Logitrans A/S

1999:  Logitrans Belgium, Logitrans Germany and a sales office in Norway were established

1996:  The company introduced the quality control system ISO 9001. Logistrans New Zealand was established as a 50% owned subsidiary of Logitrans 

1995:  Logitrans UK was established

1994:  Logitrans Sweden was established

1993:  Production of fully powered equipment started

1989:  Logitrans France was established as a subsidiary of Logitrans

1982:  Nisap took over the export company Logitrans

1975:  Erling Pedersen - took over the management of the company

1970:  Switching from agricultural products to material handling equipment
