Fantuzzi Group currently has set up 3 wholly invested subsidiaries. Noell Crane Systems (China) Ltd. Co., Fantuzzi Reggiane (China) Ltd. Co. and Fantuzzi Trading Co.,Ltd. The last one is responsible for all sale and service in China mainland.

Fantuzzi Trading Co.,Ltd. is the wholly invested subsidiary of Fantuzzi Group that was registered in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in 2000. In the recent years, the rapid development of port and logistics injected so much energy into the container industry. The company aims to provide more conveniently and fast advanced equipments and professional service to its Chinese customers, so as to make its due contribution to the development of china's container industry.

Although Fantuzzi Group made its access into China market somewhat late, it does not impede its growing speed in China market. It spent only 5 years to exceed other brands in the business performance that have been in China as long as 10 years and to become a new star in the industry. There are now nearly 500 Fantuzzi containers forklifts and container reach stackers running efficiently in China. The efficiency of 50 Fantuzzi forklifts in Shenzhen Yantian Port is higher than 90%. The busiest stock piles, such as Shanghai Port Containers Company, all use Fantuzzi equipments. The durableness of them are fully reflected by their 5000-7000 hours' operation for average annually.

While providing high quality products to Chinese customers, Fantuzzi Group insists on maximizing the cost performance of its products. The Group invested 10,0000,000 USD in Zhangzhou Merchant Bureau Economic Development Zone to set up Noell Crane Systems(China) Ltd. Co. to produce equipments such as container reach stackers, empty container forklifts , container bridges and container tires. It also import all kinds of assemble equipments as engines, gear boxes, front and back bridges, driver room and steel as well as engages in sealing vehicle components and assembling the whole vehicle. The production cost has cut down largely with high quality warranted, so that customers can obtain assembly equipments with the same quality of the original ones by a much lower price. Meanwhile, the assembled products by it have successfully exported to East and South Asia, Australia, New Zealand, India and America, etc.
