The 30 kW Wireless Charging Systemis composed of a primary unit, which is connected to the AC supply, and an onboard unit for forklift battery connection. The system allows automatic wireless charging over a gap of up to 150 mm for various batteries, sparing connector wear and maintenance costs. It has a wallplug-to-battery efficiency of up to 95%, better than traditional wired charging. The 30 kW Wireless Charging System also features CANopen®control interface for real-time communication with equipment and can connect to Ethernet for warehouse management system integration to achieve automatic and 24/7 operation for e-forklift equipment manufacturers.
