EGOpro Safe MOVE is to all intents and purposes a device for human-machine interaction and for the improvement of ergonomics and safety at work in logic 4.0

The EGOpro Safe MOVE– COLLISION WARNING SYSTEM – minimizes the risk of accidents between forklifts and pedestrians in shared work areas. The system detects in real time and in a reliable way the operator in the danger zone around the forklift and warns the driver with visual and acoustic warnings on the display. The system then allows the operator to intervene in time to avoid collisions with other operators or other vehicles, taking the most appropriate safety measures and creating a safe working environment.

Once EGOpro Safe MOVE has been installed on the forklift and the operators moving around the vehicle have been equipped with an active TAG, the system signals in real-time the imminent danger and historicizes all the events/interactions that take place during the whole working day between the moving vehicle and the operators.

These data are processed by the web-based software platform EGOpro MANAGER, which allows to realize specific reports and to obtain a complete analysis of the operator/vehicle and vehicle/vehicle interaction events, in a simple and intuitive way.
