ID Label Inc. will demonstrate a number of new and recent products at the 2017 ProMat show in Chicago, April 3-6, at booth 4817. The company is introducing three new labeling solutions at the show, each of which provides for the easy removal of warehouse labels without any laborious clean-up or leftover residue.

ProMat 2017 is the largest expo for manufacturing and supply chain professionals in North America. ID Label is one of approximately 900 companies expected to exhibit their wares.

Product Demonstrations
ID Label will demonstrate a full line of its solutions for warehouses and distribution centers, including rack and bin location labels, LPN label programs, warehouse signs and installation services. The company is introducing three new products at the show:
Clean Release™, a new removable label featuring an advanced adhesive that adheres tightly to virtually any surface - but is easily removable and reusable without a hint of adhesive residue left behind, whether in place for days, months or years. Metal warehouse racks, plastic totes, bins, shelves, PVC signs, forklifts, furniture, paper, wood, glass - Clean Release can be used on virtually any surface as a temporary or permanent labeling solution.
Beam Renew™, a newly updated and redesigned laminated adhesive strip that makes it easy to relabel or cover warehouse racks and shelves when product inventory and information changes, or when re-slotting or reconfiguring locations. There’s no need to scrape away previously used labels, use harsh cleaning solutions or paint old beams.
Tote Renew™, a laminated label holder designed specifically for reusable totes, bins and containers that makes it easy to apply and remove barcode labels over and over. This eliminates the costly need for plastic sleeves or placards to house labels, and it extends the useful life of totes.
“Our new labeling products support the need for inventory location flexibility, which is essential for today’s modern warehouses and distribution centers,” said Gregg Schiltz, ID Label’s general manager. “They also eliminate potentially hundreds of unproductive worker hours spent scraping off old labeling and repeatedly cleaning and treating racks, beams, totes and shelves.”

Additional products ID Label will feature at ProMat include:
A broad range of warehouse signage, including overhead retro-reflective barcode solutions for identifying bulk storage areas, aisle and location markers and dock-door signs.
Pallet/LPN labeling solutions, including a unique “Make-and-Hold” quarterly inventory management program for higher-volume clients, offering convenience, savings and peace of mind.
SideScan 45™, an angled barcode label intended for multilevel warehouse rack systems. The unique ID Label design eliminates the need for long-range scanning equipment and minimizes picking errors and potential confusion about which rack to scan.
BullsEye™ products, extremely durable, rigid barcode labels that apply easily and are made to withstand the knocks and bumps that come with traffic in a typical warehouse or distribution center.
Nationwide installation services of warehouse labels and signs for new and expanding facilities.
Visitors to ID Label’s booth can obtain full product information kits for each of the above products, along with samples for testing at their local facilities. Attendance to ProMat 2017 is free. Register online at the ProMat website.
