Perkins Motores do Brasil Ltda has been named as one of the Top 10 best multinational companies to work for in Brazil.

For the third consecutive year, the company, which is located in Curitiba, was named as one of the best employers in the survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.

One of the most respected international research institutes, Great Place to Work named Perkins as the seventh best medium multinational company to work for in Brazil. The award was revealed and delivered on Monday (August 15, 2016), during a ceremony held at the Espaço das Américas in São Paulo.

Elisabeth Hass, human resources manager, received the trophy on behalf of Perkins, accompanied by Wilson Lotério, general manager of the Perkins manufacturing facility; Vanda Camargo, general manager of South America sales, and Rafael Souza, regional marketing manager.

More than 1,500 companies from across the country participated in the Great Place to Work survey. To help select the best organisations to work for, the institute considered a number of criteria which were then evaluated by the employees, anonymously.

Focus on people
For the last seven years, Great Place to Work has highlighted companies who invest in the professional growth and stability of their employees and who establish an open dialogue with them, offering opportunities for collective improvements, increased quality, safety assurance and participation in key decisions.
