In just its second year as part of the CeMAT Asia event, the Innovation Salon is a valuable information-sharing venue for the industry.

Crown executives shared insights on common trends related to order picking in an e-commerce environment, lowering supply chain costs while increasing customer satisfaction, and optimizing warehouse design and operations. Event attendees participated in three different presentations:

As an exhibitor, Crown also showcased the QuickPick® Remote order-picking technology, which has earned several other prestigious industry awards including the International Forklift Truck of the Year (IFOY) Award bestowed on the Crown GPC 3000 in June 2014 at the CeMAT trade fair in Hanover. The technology simplifies the working steps during the order-picking process, and in doing so helps to reduce physical stress on operators and increase productivity up to 25 percent based on Crown data.
