2014LogiMAT China—China is grandly inaugurated in Nanjing International EXPO Centre. VIP from Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, EUROEXPO Messe-und Kongress-GmbH, Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, Nanjing Modern Service Federation, and Nanjing Economic and Information committee were invited to attend the opening ceremony.

At the beginning of opening ceremony, VIP guests watched the traditional Lion dancing which implies the good start of LogiMAT China 2014. After the lion dancing, the COO of EUROEXPO Messe-und Kongress-GmbH, and president of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH gave lion the eye doting as a proxy of start of exhibition. Approximately 500 visitors from domestic government and federations, academies, public media as well as overseas guests have attended the opening ceremony.

As the first launch of LogiMAT China, the show has attracted 75 exhibitors coming from 10 countries including Germany, Dutch, Singapore, Switzerland, Italy, America, Austria, Taiwan (China). The overall exhibition area covers 7000 square meters. The industry leaders from domestic and abroad converged in the hall with latest technology and products.

The 1stLogiMAT China has pooled a great number of edge-cutting technology and vivid onsite demonstrations. Products such as: Interroll’srenowned high-performing and energy-efficient Dynamic Storage system, Eisenmann’s EMS (Electrified Monorail System) system, Wittenstein’sDryLin Linear Rail T slid bearing system, the AGV of DS Automotion and Galaxis, were all be presented on the show. Regarding Forklift sphere, the show has not only obtained the support form Linde, but also RUYI, KION Baoli have brought their product to the fairground. It is worth mentioning that the Urban joint distribution centre has gathered 15 Nanjing famous companies form Nanjing including Yurun, Suguo，SF-Express，Iveco，Sanbao Logistics Technology to present their successful case study and solutions for urban distribution.

Abundant onsite demonstrations, harmonious atmosphere during the business negotiations, and professional accompanying conferenceswith related to current topics of the industry, all showed a good beginning of LogiMAT China. Several application industry forums and technical seminars were held on the scene to meet different needs of exhibitors and visitors such as China(International) Green Warehousing and Distribution Assembly, 2014 Jiangsu Logistics Equipment Procurement Match Meeting, Jiangsu Logistics Development Forum-modern logistics development trend and 2014 Advanced Automotive Logistics Technology Summit. In the mean time, Westernacher, Miebach consulting company and OsnabrueckUniversity will share their success knowhow and instralogistics solutions.
