Toyota Material Handling UK will be the new business efficiency partner with the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) throughout 2014. Toyota will work closely with ESSA to promote best practice and help its members to increase productivity and safety in their materials handling operation.

Toyota’s expertise in all aspects of material handling, from truck sales to short term hire, national service to operator training, makes it a natural fit for the ESSA partnership. Toyota's greater involvement with ESSA will help the association enhance and expand the service it provides for all its members, who have already taken advantage of, amongst other things, Toyota's forklift driver training courses and special offer rates on short term hire.

Rachel Thomas, Toyota's rental operations manager, said "Our existing sponsorship of ESSA's G50 was very productive and a benefit to all involved, but we wanted to strengthen the relationship. We've chosen to become ESSA's business efficiency partner to share knowledge and work together to support ESSA members."

In support of ESSA members Toyota are extending its special offer, of discounted short-term hire equipment on their first purchase this can be arranged in consultation with the short-term hire team to ensure the right equipment and package is found.
Chris Skeith, ESSA's director welcomed Toyota Material Handling UK as ESSA's new efficiency partner saying "ESSA has the continuing and deepening support of this outstanding company that is well aligned with the events and exhibitions industry. Toyota's combined expertise, experience and their renewed and expanded support will allow ESSA to grow its events and provide enhanced products and services in place for the benefit of all members."

To build relationships with ESSA members Toyota will be attending their annual G50+Conference on the 21st November 2013 at Silverstone. It is an event that brings the event suppliers and industry together to promote best practice and share experience in order to drive improvements. A Toyota representative will be present on the day to discuss their material handling operations and how members can benefit from short term hire special offers. ESSA members will also receive a free safety pack at the event to help promote safety within the workplace when using material handling equipment.
