The Supervisory Board of STILL GmbH has extended the contract of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Goran Mihajlovic (42), for another four years beyond the current term of office that expires by the end of 2013.

"In the past years Mr. Mihajlovic has done an excellent job. Amongst others, he has carried out the restructuring of all the STILL factories. This process has by now been nearly completed. Due to the restructuring, the STILL brand is in an excellent position for the future" explains Gordon Riske, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STILL GmbH. With this work Mihajlovic has made an important contribution to the competitiveness of the company on the long run.

Goran Mihajlovic has been member of the Management Board of STILL GmbH since end 2009. Previously he held the post of Plant Manager for the Hamburg plant. In this function he also co-ordinated the other STILL production sites worldwide.
