Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) is committed to ensuring that you benefit from trouble-free material handling, that’s why the company only ever sends out technicians with exactly the right skills and experience needed to service and maintain your forklift fleet.

In order to guarantee that all their technicians have the expertise needed to deliver a first-class service, TMHE operates a structured training programme known as STEP (Service Technician Education Programme).

With STEP, all technicians across Europe follow the same programme; they obtain and improve their technical skills whilst learning about the values and attitudes which form TMHE’s Philosophy. Upon successful completion of the course, the technicians receive a certificate according to the level of technical skill they have achieved.

Of course, the training doesn’t just stop there. With TMHE’s technicians making over 3.5 million service visits every year, the company believes that maintaining and improving skills are just as important as obtaining them. That’s why they make sure that their service technicians spend several days each year training on the products, technology and processes that are integral to your material handling operations.

TMHE firmly believes in building long-lasting client relationships and knows that the way to do this is by exceeding your expectations. As the only company in the forklift industry operating a structured training programme for its service technicians, you can be sure of TMHE’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
In addition to STEP, TMHE also operates a Mobile Service Platform. The Toyota Mobile Service Platform links 4,500 technicians and 3,300 fully equipped service vans with over 400 service centres to ensure that each TMHE technician has access to the information needed to maintain your forklift fleet. With over 550,000 trucks on record and the ability to order parts online for overnight delivery, this state-of-the-art tool guarantees effective, fast and efficient servicing.
