On October 18, 2011, the grand gathering event for construction machinery industry in Asian Pacific area—the 11th Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition & Seminar (BICES 2011) held the opening ceremony in Beijing Jiuhua International Exhibition Center, attracting 1200 exhibitors including the giants and the emerging force in the industry at home and abroad and ten thousands of visitors from the global world, which would bring more opportunities to the development of the world construction machinery industry. 
　
Shantui brought several lines of products to attend the BICES 2011. The exhibiting area of Shantui hit the record in the history of the company, reaching 3510 square meters, of which the equipment products in the outdoor area held an area of 1799 square meters. Shantui exhibited 40 sets of equipments on BICES 2011, including earthmoving machinery, concrete machinery, road machinery, hoisting machinery, logistics machinery, piling machinery and sanitary machinery. Besides, Shantui exhibited 106 items of spare parts, which was the most in number in terms of spare parts exhibition, showing the strength of Shantui as a supplier to offer non-stop equipment solutions. 

Shantui exhibited series of newly-launched products, such as bulldozers, including SD52-5, SD 24-5 and SD20-5 bulldozers, SD13YE full-hydraulic bulldozer and SB08YE full-hydraulic raking machine. As for the rolling machines, Shantui brought SR10, SR14D and SRP95 paving machines to the exhibition. It was noticeable that Shantui exhibited the cold recycling machine and aerial work platform for the first time.

Shantui showed their latest forklifts (except SF100 series) on BICES 2011, mainly including SF30-3, SF30Y, SF30S and SF250 heavy-duty forklifts, SF18S electric forklift and SQ60D electric tractor. Among them, the heavy-duty forklifts were also the first time to show before the customers of BICES.

Shantui exhibited their 52-meter-high concrete pump truck with boom, which attracted the attentions from the visitors. In the spare parts exhibition area, Shantui exhibited the crawler chassis, crane crawlers and SD22 lubricated crawlers, transmissions for backhoe loaders, speed reducing gear for concrete mixer, YJSW315-6C pump wheel, YJ315X turbo, YJSW315-6C guide wheel and YJH265 core cutter.
