Hyster Company has launched a new series of AC-powered OrderPickers to meet customers’ demanding applications. The upgraded series, with lifting capacities of 1,500 to 3,000 lbs., includes a heavy duty counterbalanced R30XM3 with travel speeds up to 6.5 mph, standard duty counterbalanced R30XMS3, R30XMA3 straddle selector and R30XMF3 furniture selector.

“The series showcases our improved HySense Continuous Height Sensing control system,” said Jonathan Dawley, president of Hyster Distribution. “The updated HySense technology provides smooth, gradual linear speed reduction that is barely noticeable to operators. The result is a more refined braking action while traveling at extended heights, bolstering confidence and therefore productivity which is the bottom line for our customers’ business.”

Operator comfort, visibility and efficiency are necessary for maximized productivity. Hyster engineers ergonomically designed the operator’s compartment with a one-inch thick, shock-absorbent floor mat and a flush-mounted footswitch to minimize operator fatigue.

The series’ transparent, cantilevered grid-style overhead guard and widely spaced mast channels offer excellent visibility. In addition, the OrderPickers’ pallet clamp automatically centers and grips pallets to enable fast, easy picking – saving you time and money.

Hyster OrderPickers allow quick, easy access to the serviceable areas. The OrderPickers’ motor compartment offers uncluttered access and an optimized design. The R30XM3 and R30XMA3 offer AC drive and optional AC hoist, while the R30XMF3 and R30XMS3 include AC drive and DC hoist. Fewer parts equate to less required service, maximizing truck uptime while minimizing your cost of ownership.
