On August 5, 2011, Director of Science and Information Bureau in Huangpu District, Guangzhou Liu Haiyan and the experts of Project Approval Team visited Guangzhou Tianli Forklift Assembly & Maintenance Co., Ltd., holding the investigation and approval meeting for the 2009 Tianli innovative mode of forklift modern franchised operation as the technological breakthrough project undertaken by Tianli.

On the meeting, the person in charge of the project gave a brief introduction on the working process of the project, and elaborately conducted a conclusive report. According to the approval process, the professionals and experts from the approval team strictly investigated the technological materials and discussed closely with the staff of the project team from Tianli in terms of the key processes of the project after listening to the conclusive report. The two parties exchanged their opinions on the project, and the expert team fully affirmed Tianli’s work. The project was accorded with the requirements of the approval team, gaining obvious accomplishments. The expert team all agreed to pass the investigation of the project.

Tianli started to implement the project of innovative mode of forklift modern franchised operation since November, 2008. The company introduced the advanced management mode and enterprise organization form—franchised operation to the development, and planned to finish the integrated marketing of 15 branch companies in Guangdong Province within two years so as to build the modern franchised operation mode of Tianli Forklift.

In the next two years, Tianli conducted restructuring and integration of the resources in the 15 branch companies in Guangdong, optimized the resource allocation and initially realized the Eight Unification. The company built up a multi-functional training building with the area of 830 square meters. Tianli established and applied the CI system, ERP system and customer management system to go through the integrated management towards the process of purchasing, stocking, selling, logistics distribution, financial calculation and employee training. Standard and scaled franchised operation mode was successfully formed and implemented, optimizing the flow of the capital, material and information and highly improving the efficiency of operation and management in Tianli, which was favorable for enhancing the overall competitive advantages of Tianli in the field of forklift industry.
